"Practice makes progress!!"
Super proud to see my two angels perfecting their Marie Kondo folding today. It took us a while to get here and lots of patience required for sure but it is so fulfilling to see when they do it with ease and enjoyment.
I think it definitely sparked a lot of joy in our hearts today.
TOOL TIPS
1. Make folding a fun experience for all
2. Start with easy to fold clothes so they do not get disheartened when they can't do it straight away.
3. Encourage children to fold one item of clothing a day. The kids started with their pjs every morning instead of just hanging or leaving it on the bed.
4. Keep persisting and trying
5. Enjoy and be focus on what you are doing
There are lots of Youtube videos you can watch to learn MK's way of folding. I also highly recommend her book "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying". Perfect read if you fancy some spring cleaning during the lock-down.
